Our party of four ( very wet after down poor getting from car park to hotel ,with one disabled person) not greeted at desk,only one member of staff chatting to a table ,even after spotting us standing waiting we still were kept waiting a good few minutes before we were seated.Only few tables were occupied ,at the time .After being served our afternoon tea ,which was good,nobody came to ask if we were ok ,or any refill of tea needed.
